Question: What time is check in? 

Answer: Our standard check-in time is 3 pm, but we may be able to accommodate earlier check-ins upon request, subject to an extra fee. 

Question: What time is check out? 

Answer: Our standard check-out time is 11:00 am, but we may be able to accommodate later check-outs upon request, subject to an extra fee.

Question: Do you offer self check-in? 

Answer: Yes! We offer self check-in for your convenience through the use of lockboxes. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to access the lockbox and retrieve the keys via email by 10.45 am on the day of check-in.

Question: Is Wi-Fi available in the apartment? 

Answer: Yes, Wi-Fi is available and free for all our guests.

Question: Can we bring pets? 

Answer: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our apartments.

Question: How far is the nearest London Underground station? 

Answer: Our apartments are conveniently located within walking distance to London Underground stations on the Northern Line. The maximum walking time from our apartments to underground stations is 20 minutes, however the majority can be walked to in under 10 minutes. Access to the Northern Line means that central London can be accessed in around 20 minutes including direct access to key stations such as Euston, Kings Cross and Leicester Square.

Question: What about other public transport options?

Answer: All of our apartments are within walking distance to bus stops. Our apartments in Golders Green are within walking distance to Golders Green National Express Coach Station, whilst our apartments in Hendon are within walking distance to Hendon Station (Thameslink).

Question: Is there on site parking? 

Answer: The majority of our apartments offer parking in a driveway, however, please note that parking spaces are limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If the parking spots are taken, there may be on-street parking available nearby.

Question: How far are the apartments from London airports by car? 

Answer: Our apartments are conveniently located near the four major London airports: Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, and Luton. The driving distances from each airport to our apartments are as follows:

  • Heathrow Airport: approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. Uber prices vary from £40 to £60 depending on the time of day and demand.
  • Gatwick Airport: approximately 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes. Uber prices vary from £60 to £80 depending on the time of day and demand.
  • Luton Airport: approximately 30 minutes to 40 minutes. Uber prices vary from £30 to £45 depending on the time of day and demand.
  • Stansted Airport: approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour and 15 minutes. Uber prices vary from £50 to £70 depending on the time of day and demand.

Please note that these driving times are estimates and can vary depending on traffic conditions. We recommend planning your travel accordingly and leaving plenty of time to arrive at the airport for your flight.

Question: How far are the airports from your apartments by public transport? 

Answer: Our apartments are conveniently located near public transport links, making it easy to get to and from all major London airports. Here's an estimated travel time from our apartments to the airports by public transport:

  • Heathrow Airport: Approximately 1 hour by tube and train.
  • Gatwick Airport: Approximately 1 hour 30 minutes by train and tube.
  • Stansted Airport: Approximately 1 hour 30 minutes by train and tube.
  • Luton Airport: Approximately 1 hour 30 minutes by train and bus.

Question: How far are your apartments from major train stations like Kings Cross and Euston? 

Answer: Our apartments are conveniently located within easy reach of major train stations in northwest London, including Kings Cross and Euston. Here's a breakdown of approximate travel times by public transport:

  • Kings Cross Station: 25-30 minutes by London Underground
  • Euston Station: 20-25 minutes by London Underground
  • Paddington Station: 30-40 minutes by London Underground

Question: Are there any synagogues nearby?

Answer: Yes, there are multiple synagogues and religious institutions located within a maximum of a 10 minute walk from all of our apartments.

Question: Can I make special requests?

Answer: Yes, you can make special requests when booking with us and we will do our best to accommodate them. For example, we can offer high chairs, travel cots, extra tables, chairs, hotplates and more. These are all subject to availability.
